April and May are our busiest months teaching Art. April brings us our annual Allegany County Art Show. May brings Art I benchmarks, Fort Hill's annual art show, tie dying, and graduation! We only have a few weeks of school left and the students are feeling antsy. Wrapping up the school year is always bittersweet for me. I am looking forward to having some time to create my own art this summer, but I'm sad to see my senior students leave. Some of the students graduating this year are students I taught my first few years in elementary! They have grown up so much in the past 10 years and I'm so proud of them. Well, back to grading benchmarks! Keep creating, Mrs. Arnold
